Availability, destination eligibility, carrier acceptance, approved packaging and any required hazardous-material fees must be confirmed before fulfillment. Delivery dates are estimates until the order passes compliance and carrier review.
Shipping, Returns and Cancellations
- Shipping area: United States destinations permitted by the carrier and applicable regulations.
- Shipping charge: Free standard shipping on eligible orders.
- Processing: Normally 1–2 business days after payment, inventory and purchaser-documentation review.
- Estimated delivery: Normally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Hazardous-material routing, weather, remote destinations and carrier controls may extend delivery.
- Returns: Contact Cool Gas Depot within 30 days. Only unopened, unused and factory-sealed cylinders are eligible, subject to authorization and carrier/hazardous-material restrictions. Approved return shipping is provided at no cost. Never send a refrigerant cylinder back without written instructions.
- Cancellations: An order may be cancelled before shipment. After carrier acceptance, the approved return process applies.
